It is learned that the “Material Discipline Alliance” is an open, non-governmental, and non-profit regional cooperation alliance established by universities in the Jiangxi Branch. With the primary objective of consolidating the outcomes of the conference, the alliance is committed to extending the cooperation and integration of industry, education, research and application deeper and broader, transcending barriers among provinces and universities. By leveraging the strength of the branch, it enables relevant colleges and universities to avail complementary advantages, share resources, promote mutual progress, and foster innovative applications and overall improvement. Specifically, through the alliance, member institutions can fully utilize shared resources, knowledge and experience to conduct cooperation in talent cultivation, discipline development, sci-tech innovation, commercialization of achievements and social services in the field of material discipline. This will in turn help bring out the full potential for development of the discipline, enhance coordination among the chains of innovation, industry, talent, policy and funding, and constantly boost the high-quality development in international industry-education-research-application cooperation.
The Research Center for Magnetic Materials was jointly established by Jiangxi Tungsten Holding Group Company Limited and Nanchang University. Over the years, they have carried out in-depth cooperation in various aspects including talent cultivation, scientific and technological innovation, platform building, technical services and academic exchanges, fostering a sound industry-education-research partnership. Such collaboration has not only effectively improved the quality of talent cultivation, scientific research, and discipline construction at Nanchang University, but also facilitated the high-quality development of Jiangxi Tungsten Company. The establishment of the research center will undoubtedly further encourage the two parties to conduct comprehensive, substantial and high-level cooperation in the research and commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in relevant fields.

By doing so, a large number of industry-education-research outcomes have been yielded, which contributes to the technological innovation of industries and the advancement of the quality and efficiency of enterprises, and injects strong impetus to the high-level opening up of education.
