Appointment Process  

(1) Log in to Wecom, click on “Mental Health” under the “Frequently Used Campus Services” section to enter the page.

(2)After entering the page, click on “Counseling Appointment”.

(3) On the “Counseling Appointment” page, select your student residential community, enter the system, and fill in the relevant information truthfully according to the instructions before submitting the form to complete the appointment.

Appointment Guidelines

(1) Service Availability: This system is only for students, faculty and staff of Nanchang University to schedule psychological counseling services. Others should not fill out the form.  

(2) Appointment Instructions: Different counselors may have varying on-duty hours. Please carefully check the schedule and arrive on time for your appointment.  

(3) Urgent Situations: In case of emergencies, please call the psychological assistance hotline.
